Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions people usually ask before placing an order.

We're currently working by appointment and coordinated pickup as we get our walk-in studio ready.

Ordering Basics

Do you have minimum order quantities?

Not for embroidery or DTF — one piece is fine. Screen printing does have minimums because of the setup involved.

How do I get a quote?

Hit us up through the contact form, email hi@wildlaundry.co, or call (908) 543-4291. Tell us what item, how many, where you want the design, and send the artwork if you have it. We'll get back to you with pricing within a couple business days.

How long does a typical order take?

Depends on the size and method. Simple embroidery jobs can often be done within a day or two. Bigger orders or print jobs take longer — we'll give you a timeline when we quote.

Do you offer rush orders?

Sometimes, depending on what's already in the queue. If you've got a tight deadline, let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Do I need to pay upfront?

We ask for a deposit before we start production. The rest is due when you pick up.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, debit, and cash.

Artwork & Design

What file formats work best?

Vector files are best — .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF. High-res PNG or JPG can work too, but they might need some cleanup before we can use them.

Can you help create or clean up my logo?

Yeah. We can clean up existing artwork or help you get something new together. There's a fee depending on how much work is involved.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing turns your artwork into a stitch file our machines can read. It's a one-time thing — once it's done, it's saved for all future orders. Typically runs $40–$75 depending on the design. Non-refundable once we start.

How does art approval work?

We send you a proof showing where the design goes and how big it'll be. We don't start until you approve it. Once you give the green light, that's what we run with — changes after that point may cost extra.

Can you match Pantone or school colors?

Yes. We carry a wide range of thread colors and can get very close to brand, school, or team colors.

Can you do text without a logo?

Of course. Names, initials, monograms — we've got a range of fonts to choose from.

Products & Materials

Can I bring my own items?

Absolutely. Just know that customer-supplied items are decorated at your own risk — we can't replace or reimburse something that isn't ours if something goes wrong. For the safest bet, let us source the garment for you.

What brands do you carry?

We stock solid blanks and can source from a bunch of wholesale brands. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll point you in the right direction.

Can you get brands like Nike or Carhartt?

Usually, yeah. Depends on availability and brand restrictions, but we're happy to check for you.

Which decoration method is best?

Depends on the item and design. Embroidery is great for polos, hats, jackets, and bags. Screen printing makes the most sense for t-shirts and bigger runs. DTF is the move for full-color designs or smaller quantities. Not sure? Just ask — we'll tell you what makes sense.

Reorders & Repeat Orders

How do reorders work?

If you're reordering the same design, there's no new digitizing fee — it's already saved. Just tell us quantities and sizes, and we'll run it again. If you change the artwork, placement, or method, it'll be treated as a new order. You can reorder by email, phone, or the contact form.
