How pricing works

We quote per piece based on quantity, method, and how many placements you need. Larger orders have improved pricing.

Minimums + timing

12-piece minimum for program pricing. Typical turnaround is 10–14 business days.

Fundraising option

Want to turn spiritwear into a fundraiser? We offer a 15% revenue share on total program sales, paid out after the campaign closes.

Spiritwear + merch

Hoodies, tees, hats — the items families actually wear. Set it up once, run it again next year.

Clubs + activities

Robotics, drama, student council, whatever the group is — we'll keep the branding consistent across the board.

Events + fundraisers

Field day shirts, gala merch, fun run tees. We handle the production so you can focus on the event.

Staff apparel

Polos, outerwear, and day-to-day gear your staff will actually want to wear.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you need: the item type, quantity, and timeline.
  2. We recommend the approach: which method, which garments, and how to keep it on budget.
  3. Order window or bulk order: either a single PO or we set up an online store where people order their own sizes.
  4. We produce and deliver: pickup, delivery, or organized handoff to the school.
To get a quote, send us: roughly how many pieces, what items (polo/hoodie/hat/tee), logo placement, your deadline, and the artwork if you have it. Not sure? Email us at hi@wildlaundry.co.
Don't want to collect sizes and payments yourself? We can set up a private online store for your school. Parents order directly, pick their sizes, and pay.

Which method? We'll make a recommendation. Embroidery for polos and hats, DTF for colorful designs or smaller runs, screen printing when you've got volume. We'll guide you to what makes sense.

We save your artwork and setups. When next season rolls around, you just tell us quantities and we run it again. Same look, no re-setup.

New roster, same setup. We keep everything on file so next year's order takes five minutes.

How it works

  1. Send us what you need: items, roster count, placements, and your artwork.
  2. We recommend the method and send you a quote.
  3. You approve the proof before anything gets produced.
  4. We produce and deliver. Pickup or drop-off — whatever works.
To get a quote, send us: how many players/staff, what items, where you want the logo, your deadline, and the artwork.
Once we've done your first order, everything is saved — artwork, placements, thread colors, etc. Next time you just send us the quantities and we run it again.

Heads up: Screen printing has minimums. If you've got a smaller group or a detailed design, DTF is usually the better call.
