Our Story

Wild Laundry was built for speed, transparency, and seamless communication. We give you instant quotes, real-time order tracking, and a streamlined white glove process from start to finish — because getting custom work done shouldn't feel complicated.

How we work

We offer four decoration methods — embroidery, chainstitch, screen printing, and DTF. All embroidery is done in our own studio, so we control the quality and the timeline. For screen printing and DTF, we work with trusted production partners we've vetted ourselves.

Every project follows the same process: you tell us what you need, we recommend the right method, you approve a proof with exact placement and sizing, and we deliver a quality product. Quotes come back within 1–2 business days. No chasing, no surprises.

We work for our clients. If embroidery isn't the right fit for your project, we'll say so. If a simple or less expensive method works better, we'll recommend it. We'd rather do it right than oversell.

Who we work with

Our clients range from people ordering a single embroidered gift to a business outfitting 500 employees. The project size changes — the process and the attention remain consistent.

Who’s behind it

Wild Laundry is run by Nick Melione — Westfield resident, parent, and the person you'll be connecting with when you reach out.

Before starting Wild Laundry, I spent 13 years in marketing side of things. I know what it's like to be the client — waiting on quotes, chasing vendors for updates, hoping the final product matches what was promised. The learnings from those years of experience are baked into how I now run Wild Laundry. Clear communication, collaboration with clients to create the best, honest timelines, and white glove service.

I genuinely love making things. Embroidery, knitting, anything hands-on and creative gets me up in the morning and keeps me inspired.
